This is another Tropical Sulphur found usually in the very south of Florida. It is not really considered a permanent resident of Florida. It is more often found in southern Texas.
It is a smaller sulphur and is identified usually by a white contrasting vein on the hind-wing. A darker bar may sometimes be seen on the fore-wing. The male is typically whiter, though there is a high degree of variability in the coloration from white to light yellow.
