The Mangrove Buckeye is found in southerly parts of Florida only, living in the Black Mangrove swamps. The individuals were found at Merritt Island.
The difference between the Mangrove and the Common Buckeye is the White Flash on the forewing is more orange. The Orange can be anywhere between bold and pale, but not white.
