Rare Skipper

Not found in Florida, but can be found in very localized areas nearby up the eastern seaboard.  Where it is found it can be quite numerous. It loves coastal marshes that run out to the sea. Has a single black mark on the underside of the forewing.  Otherwise it is very similar to the Delaware Skipper
